Refund policy
- For an exchange / return you have 14 days of receiving your order to lodge a return. You will be provided with the option to exchange the product, or receive a store credit. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, you will automatically be issued a store credit for the value paid for the item. Please note that a store credit will be issued for the item’s purchase price, excluding shipping fees. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
To be eligible for a return, your return must meet the conditions below:
- Items must be unworn/unwashed and in resalable condition
- In the original packaging with tags attached
- Adequately packaged for transit; and return label clearly displayed on parcel or proof of purchase
Once we have received your return, it can take up to 14 business days to be processed.
You must return the products at your expense. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.

Please include your full name, order number & reason for return/ exchanges.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item (e.g. arrives with torn or lose threads). You are required to send photo evidence within 7 days of receipt to: support@riesin.co.nz. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a replacement or store credit depending on stock availability upon the item being received. If a refund is preferred, we will accommodate this for verified manufacturing defects. Other than a defective item as described above, we strictly do not offer refunds.
Items deemed faulty within 30 days of receipt will be eligible for a replacement/store credit. After this period, it is deemed as general wear and tear and will not be eligible for a replacement, store credit or refund as these issues are considered to be caused by external factors rather than manufacturing defects.

SALE ITEMS
Items marked down 25% or more are considered final sale items and are NOT eligible for a return/exchange.
CANCELATIONS
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
