Shipping policy

 

We will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped (this can take up to 24 - 48 hours to become active).

New Zealand: 

All NZ orders are usually delivered within 1-5 business days from the time of dispatch, however please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Rural delivery may take longer.

Australia:

Approx 3-7 working days but please allow up to 10 business days. 

PLEASE NOTE

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
• Riesin cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the freight courier or postal service.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Riesin is unable to modify or cancel processed orders once they have been shipped.
• International customers are responsible for any custom, import duties or taxes.
